Couldn’t you just use an AUX cable of 1/8” out and RCA into your mixer? I have an SRT and I just take channel 3 and use that cable. You could even hook up your iPad, freeing up memory on your laptop.
You could but this is a huge upgrade from that. What this does is give you a mono signal out of your device while also boosting the signal and preventing any phantom power for your mixer creeping back into your device and possibly damaging your iPad or computer. The 1/8 outs on our computers and iPads aren’t meant to go Intro pro audio gear. They are mainly just meant for head phones.
