Love your videos! My father was an old time barber and taught me many of your own skills even after I went to Rofflers in 83'. I learned 'razor renaissance' thru them as you do, using razor over comb technique. Very advantageous during my 30+ yrs behind the chair too.

More guys should wear this instead of those puff haircuts

Superb haircut and style! I've seen a lot of people claim to do the "James Dean" cut and no-one except you has even come close. Gorgeous results. This is also similar to the style that Mickey Rourke wore in the movie "9 1/2 Weeks", though that cut was shorter on top and seemed to have even more layering. Thank you for posting. Thank you for sharing this type of full cut. It is used widely where I live and it can be very difficult to cut the bottom hairline with the traditional cut, you use scissors over comb made more sense to me, it is very uncomfortable to hold the hair like that, the way I was taught. It always seemed awkward, but I really enjoyed seeing your technique!!

Olá tudo bem. Também sou barbeiro no Brasil. Lembrando que não é uma crítica mas sim uma sugestão... Esse cabelo eu cortaria as laterais e a parte de traz em mechas em diagonais pra traz e depois feito a conferência com mechas na horizontal. Assim não precisaria usar tanto a navalha pra alinhar o corte. . A parte da nuca baixa e a nuca alta ficaram algumas marcadas . Na nuca ficaram falhas que poderiam ter sido desmarcadas com pente corrido e o uso da tesoura dentada . Mas se você tivesse cortado o cabelo todo em diagonal pra traz até o final do cabelo e depois corrigido com mechas horizontais essas marcas não ficariam Observe que do lado esquerdo e do lado direito da nuca ficaram mechas bem maiores que a do centro da nuca. Isso não é falha do cabelo dele. Isso é cabelo que não foi cortado ... E o acabamento da nuca poderia ter sido melhorado com linhas mais retas . Abraços.
