I have had the mate 20 pro since January 2019 and I must say it's got better and better which is due to the updates they keep applying to this old phone. It's also supported by Google. Not difficult at all to see why the US are so hostile. Huawei phones are serious competition. You never mentioned the desktop mode which you can used with a type c adapter on your TV etc to get the full desktop experience. EMUI is top notch.
Have the p20 for 4 years now and it's still going strong. Battery not as good as it used to be but that's expected. Still get a full day out of it if I'm not flat out on it. Only thing stopping me getting a new one is the rules the yanks brought in when huawei started to kill the iPhone in sales numbers
I have a P30 Pro, and just bought Matebook waiting to be delivered. Looking forward to use the Huawei share screen collaboration. Also waiting for EMUI 10.1 🙏

All i want on a smartphone is in the P40 Great Camera features front and back and good chipset, buils quality and wholesome features! just 50k here in Philippines but its more worth it 😍 sadly i dont have it😭...

Loves me P40 Pro but i do get sick of folk screaming "it's not got google" I smile and say Yep.. one less company to follow one around ! Great phone but not tried the music app yet! Thanks Chris for another great video innit..
Love your videos but can you help me. I used to buy iPhones every other year until they messed up their software a couple of years ago and I moved to the One Plus 5T and joined the Android OS yes it was good but after a while I started to get annoyed with some of the software and bugs in it. Anyway, I am thinking of changing my phone and I don’t know which to choose, either the One Plus 8 Pro or the iPhone 11 ( the rest of the family have iPhones and I have a MacBoook Pro and an iMac) or the Huawei P30 Pro (From last year as it has Google services and it is cheaper) or the Mi 10 Pro. What are your thoughts?
I have upgraded to P40 pro from P30 pro. The phone is dual SIM and it doesn't recognise the NM card I had before. I cloned the apps. Those that were purchased on Google Play store won't recognise the license, no banking apps etc. Overall, for me, it's not an easy transition, but it's only the first day. Maybe will be easier in time... I really love the design, the camera, that it has a screen protector outside the box... I hope I won't regret not waiting for Sony Xperia 1 II.

I don't see any point for tech reviewers to talk about this phone when it can't be used without Google services 🤷🏾♂️ Until HarmonyOS is certified or Google get back on it then all's good
@@THEKILLER-uc3vp even if or when Huawei own OS comes out it's still has an uphill fight to become relevant. Especially when its biggest competition if Google Play Service and everything Google owns. Including RU-vid!!
