I appreciate Lauren's candid description of her two assistants' journey. She was not timid in saying their work ethic was not up to par, but they adjusted and met the challenge. The team seems blended.

Lauren put them on a PIP plan and was like “Nah get it together ladies.” They were like , “Oh, this real? We got you.” Glad they all made it with Coach Prime.

It’s not about how you start but how you finish. I’m glad those girls were able to get it together because look at what they could have missed out on. Love hearing everyone’s journey

Those young ladies are going to excel in their careers because of this journey. It’s a throwback to how things used to be with coaches, teachers, and mentors. Love this! We need more of this in the world!

Goes to show what hard work and a 2nd chance can do to change your life around. Where would they be now if they had never changed their attitude and work ethic. Keep grinding ladies!

Lauren The Personal Trainer will add years to Coach life. The young college student’s training under Lauren will put them in the top of their field. They are excellent students with goals and objectives in life! Let’s Get it!

I love the transparency! I truly believe we live in a microwave society where people want everything now without putting in the work. I'm glad she put them out there, because Coach prime would've done the same thing. People today need to know that a lack of work ethic gets you nowhere in life. I'm 40yrs young but I'm old school. I've worked my ass off, blood, sweat and tears for every single darn thing. And I expect the young men and women coming up behind me to have the same mentality. No handouts, no freebees! Just work and consistency!

I love Lauren and the young ladies for the commitment to Coach Prime and his teams. Lauren you might be the agent that saved Coach Primes life.

Nice. Even if you start off a lil rough, accept accountability, grow from constructive criticism, ask for another opportunity and take full advantage if/when you do. Those two young Queens will accomplish great things in their life; and Lauren is amazing. I'm very happy for all three of them. They've all earned this opportunity and have no limit to what they all will achieve.

I love thé honest evaluation of the student workers. This is how you teach and allow students to learn and grow. Coddling them does nothing, teaching them to level up will last them a lifetime. Hard work and dedication always pays off.

This is so beautiful and hard not to get emotional in these times, where people try to find reasons to divide, coach Prime is a shining example of unity and leadership. I Love the opportunity that these young ladies have, put in a position succeed and pass on the gift coach has given. This is beautiful ❤️⚘️

I know a few people in the comments feel as though she did not have to mention the past work experience, but hear me out coach prime always talks about building character, she just showed you two young adults who were first given an opportunity and probable didn’t work as hard as they should probably and didn’t take it seriously because they probably where never challenged to the standards like the standards coach set for his staff.. and they lost their jobs because of it but through hard work they were given another chance and then they were heavily rewarded it not a bad thing to talk about one’s struggles especially if their was a reward at the end lol. This is the type of story they should be speaking about and clubs and to “troubled you”. Because it should just because you’ve made mistakes gotten in trouble doesn’t mean that you have to stay there through hard work you can achieve success. Don’t give any hate to Lauren you can clearly see she cares about those girls or else she would have told coach those are two she wanted to bring with her.. y’all are too sensitive..

Thank God for second chances, because sometimes you don’t appreciate what you have until you no longer have it.
