I feel you! My 75 year old mom just had open heart surgery so I've been caring for her. Thank goodness we have PJ to keep us strong and sane! 😜Blessings to you for taking care of your Mom.
Whoo! I have been away from your workouts since last year July after experiencing a crisis in the family. Then lost complete motivation for exercise. A few months ago, started focusing on my weight. I have slowly gotten back into exercise with a treadmill. So glad I finished this today!
Your wonderful coaching always makes me think you are in the room with me. This morning there was a big thunderstorm and you finished a set and said "woo!" right after a huge flash of lightning.... so you WERE here!!!

The zones have always been there but you must have bumped your watch. It doesn’t show for all work out types though. It does for outdoor bicycling, HIIT and I believe outdoor hiking, but for some reason it doesn’t show up for mixed cardio (which is weird) or walking. I like the zone screen when doing HIIT so I can see my zone. You just swipe up from the main screen after you hit start.

Day 9 done! Arms and abs thoroughly toasted! Happy to discover I've gotten much stronger in the shoulder presses (used 12 lbs. for everything but the Chek presses). Thanks PJ!
This went by quickly! My abs are definitely feeling it! That punch though😳 The weight for the hammer curl (10lbs) was a bit much for the punch😆 Day 9 Done ✅
Great quick arms& abs. I like the excercises and the rounds even though I felt my leg tight my hamstring is not okay yet. I have to take more care of that. I had a good time with this workout. Thank you PJ. 👍💪❤️
I loved this workout today. Just an all around great workout where I was able to really see if I was capable of using the new 15lb weights ( I was actually able to on some of the curls). I also swapped out my 12lb and 9lbs when needed. Hey, so long as I am pushing myself I am happy.
