I'll be honest, I'm not really sure. It could end up that way, and I was one that thought Williams would be the guy. Still too early for me. Three games is really nothing in the NFL and history tells us that every player develops in their own way. I mean Josh Allen was not good his first couple of years. Bears need a competent coaching staff though for him to have a chance.

no.. Justin showed flashes .. his 3 year 4th qtr stats are unforgiveable. and he still cannot read past his first progression... and still does not throw with anticipation. yet caleb has the bears rookie yards passing record after 3 games. Justin was completely useless in his first season. 2nd season he was a running back .. third season was regression.
