Okay so, fun fact: I had a dream sort of like this and I well used it for this video 😃🫠
WHY DOES OCHACO KNOW ABOUT OFA?
In my AU Bakugou, Deku, and Uraraka have known each other since they were little. Deku and Uraraka are best friends so Deku told her about OFA soon after Bakugou found out.
