Momma Zaid please consider the blood clot issue as well my aunt had it after travelling in an airplane she fainted when the plane was about to land, she had the same issues as you before travelling, thankfully she reached the hospital on time and doing well now. Ma’am being a dr I would suggest natural stuff along with your allopathy med like citrus fruits specially gooseberry (amla) garlic at least 2to 3cloves with meal or early morning with milk ,turmeric tea or milk and apple cider vinegar after food if you don’t have acidity ..fennel seed after meal and good sleep inshAllah your BP issue will be get subsided by taking this stuff ..there is no side effect but it will benefit you in any way
