Put all the focus on your relationship. Act as if, you want to feel positive. If your focus is on "the other person", you're giving away all of your power. What the Universe sees is that you want to manifest more of this person in your life. You got to stop obsessing over this person. Don't feel jealous. There is no competition. You need to focus on what you want to do with your ex. This is about love and not anger or jealousy. Any negative feelings such as those are only going to delay your manifestation. You need to be strong and think of the bigger picture. If you want to manifest this relationship, then you'll have to become the person that "has" it. The person that has it isn't worrying about "the other person". If that person ever crosses your mind, just let the thought go. Don't place any feeling on that thought. The Universe picks up on strong feeling and anger is one of them. Be harmonize with what you want. Go live your life, be happy.

Whenever a thought about “my obstacle” comes in, I replace it with “my sp is single and pursuing ME”. I sink into that happy feeling of being the one he is after and it helps a lot!

I so needed too see these videos today I’ve been down in the dumps and full of Anxiety over this issue and too be honest I don’t even know if she is with someone or has been ?? What I did when she was texting and video chatting him. I kept saying to my self. She chooses me, she chooses me completely. There is no one in her field but me. She only had eyes for me and I only have eyes for her. Things like this that focused on her picking and being with me and that I an worthy of love. See, I don't ever focus on that other person. But every now and then, the thought of him and my ex getting back together does creep up on me and sometimes catches me off guard. And yes, at times, it hits me negatively like I've just got hit hard in the gut. Some days are better than others, but most times I do pretty well feeling happy with the thought of my ex getting back with me. I always imagine and feel like he is missing me so much just like I miss him.

I prayed to god that the woman my husband left me for would drop him and she did but he still pines for her. Hello there, when I meditate and visualize a happy relationship with a specific person this girl keeps coming to my mind and interfering even though I'm trying my best to ignore her. We use to be friends and she told me she thought we were "Twin Flames" but I'm not sure that we are. I love this specific person very much, and I'm following all your videos and the only thing I keep running into is her taking my place in the visualization or being on the sideline. I let it be, I try to let it fade out but she just holds him smiling and I'm unsure how to proceed.

Hey please answer and help me ! :'( my ex and I were long distance. I live in Sweden and he lives in USA. We were together for half a year. It was the best time of my life. We risked so much for eachother. We loved we cried together. But I had had OCD and anxiety attacks since i was a kid. I also have Aspergers and ADD. I got annoyed easily but not because of him,but he nevee got that. I got annoyed with family too because I have had this inner anxiety build up in me. I tried commiting suicide so he got really sad and cried. But 2 months after he broke up with me he never gave me a real reason until i came there and left. It didnt end well. Btw he broke up 7 and half months ago.. and he told me not too long ago. That Also i took a mental toll on him and i was needy and that i should move on and we cant and wont get back together. He was mad one time too. But after he broke up with me I begged and pleaded on him to get back to me. And he blocked me and unblocked me and blocked me again because i messaged him alot. But during this time ive also really made progress of my anxiety and ocd. Ive really changed and I know for a fact that we would be great together. Because I truly love him as much as he loved me. Because we loved and was truly a great couple if we take away my anxiety part because that was was fucked up. And he doesnt really listen or take in. He wont give me 1 chance. A chance I never got. He doesnt even wanna talk about it. I havent message him since 2 days ago. And i wont i promised my self that. But im coming back in 5 days to USA on vacation with my friend also from Sweden. And i really wanna come and say Hi to him. But keep it simply and cool. Please help me! I lost my soulmate. This is a bit of a long story

I am genuinely struggling with this right now. He’s been with someone else for a year now and I occasionally look her social…. This is not a constant thing for me. It’s rare when I check cause I try to avoid is as much as possible. But it’ll still bother me that he’s with her and he’s seemingly “so happy” with her. I am trying to figure out how to get past my upset feelings and manifest him again.
