I'm just wonder how this channel avoids copyright trolls. Other people that do mixes get parts of their mixes silenced by RU-vid or taken down altogether.

I think there are a few issues, but in the UK, they sell license that allows for DJs to use copywritten music without penalty. There are a couple of exceptions, but that shit should be introduced to the US.

I am guessing it is also related to Getdarker being an actual label so they probably know what they're doing and oldschool labels seem to be much more friendly and cooperative.
