Not the sister sister song 😂❤ I'm cackling 😂😂😂 but also, that show was the best. If you are getting back acne what helped me was after I wash my hair I clip it up in the shower with a claw clip and make sure all the products get rinsed off my back also spray salicylic acid toner!

I had my deviated septum corrected and no longer got frequent sinus infections or migrains.

Hi Colleen, while you and Rachel are on your nose journey, please have a look into oral ties (aka lip/tongue ties). When the tongue is restricted it cannot rest on the roof of your mouth and therefore creates a narrow palate. This is linked to SO many issues; mouth breathing, sinus issues, overcrowded teeth (which typically results in pulling teeth and braces), posture issues, neck tension, migraines, sleep apnea, waking up tired from sleep disturbances, latch issues when breastfeeding as a baby, and it usually causes an elongated face shape. If you want to deep-dive even more you can look into the MTHFR gene mutation, which is hereditary and usually what causes the oral ties in general (along with other midline defects). While sinus surgery may help, it is so important to get on top of it early with kids if you suspect this is the cause. Finding a myofuctional therapist, who specialises in oral ties, is your best bet. From there you can easily expand their palate in a couple of months, using an expander, and then do specific exercises to strengthen the tongue and get it resting where it's meant to. It can be overwhelming when first looking into all of this, speaking from personal experience, but breathing correctly is so important and I'm doing everything I can to help my daughter now so she doesn't end up with all the issues I'm dealing with (which is a mix of both yours and Rachel's 🥴). A great book to look into is, 'Breathe, Sleep, Thrive" by Dr Shereen Lim. She explains it all so well and makes you realise just how much our breathing impacts everything in our bodies. Sorry this has been such a long comment. Hopefully you see it and it resonates with you. Btw, loving the new direction of your vlogs these days. My 6yo daughter is rocks/crystals obsessed right now, so she loves seeing what you find on the other side of the world, and I'm living for the homestead content 😂 Keep being you ❤

I got sinus surgery. It was the most awful experience because so many things went wrong. They didn’t even fix my slightly deviated septum while they were in there, so I still feel like I can’t breathe.

My husband got his deviated septum fixed and it’s helped his snoring, sinus infections, and overall breathing. It was a light recovery and he was super happy with it. One of his nostrils was completely blocked.

I haven’t had clear skin since i hit puberty (I’m about to be 23) and it is extremely frustrating because nothing helps and I’m 80% sure it’s hormonal but I’m already on birth control which is supposed to help acne

The leather chair thing is most likely connected to your mental health as I expect you aversion to stickers is as both are textures and textures can be a big trigger. Suggestion, treat yourself to a bougie big sun hat it’s a great way to help with going outside into bug infested territory as it keeps them for the most part away from your face, will hit spiderwebs before you , keep off the sun, make you feel a little more enclosed and safe, can hide the maddest hair day, can be added to with scarves to look pretty and wipe up messy kids in an emergency, would suit your current romper style (which you are making so cool, I put on a romper and, well let’s just say the world isn’t ready for that ever!). Sun hats can be either tied down or pinned down making them fabulous beach rock hunting wear, and can also double up as a bowl when you just have to have those 23 more rocks but your girl pockets, inc bra are already full!. Finally your garden and chickens are perfect sun hat backdrops ! On a more serious note you would look awesome in one and I think it will help with the outdoors experience for you. Best wishes x❤

I feel you with the sea turtle thing. I’m not fearful of them, but as a native Floridian, I experienced something like that when I first saw a manatee in person. They’re definitely not scary, but they are sooooo large it was unnerving. Two of them were swimming under my kayak and I genuinely freaked out a bit.

Hi Colleen! If you’re on adhd meds or some depression meds can make acne come up for some people! I don’t have that side effect thankfully, but my friend is on the same meds as me and she has acne from them. Everyone is different! Just so you know!

I had very little acne as a teenager, now im 21 and have really bad hormonal acne on my cheeks and chin. I feel you, fun times!!

Never got acne in my teens. Maybe the one-off pimple here and there. I’m your age, and just started getting acne. I switched to a hydrating face wash and poof, no more pimples! I used to use an exfoliated face wash, but my skin has become dryer as I age I guess. Anyways it did the trick for me!

The sea turtle thing. It's the scariest thing that could happen in that moment. Your biggest fear in that moment. It's like the one thing in your head you are asking not to happen.

My youngest daughter will NOT sit in a chair that has a rip or crumbs on it! She would stand at the table until we either switch seats or wipe of the crumbs lol😂

Back acne suggestion: try the naturium body wash for your acne. Susan yara is a youtuber skincare guru and she sells body wash that helps with all different skin issues. There’s one called the perfecter salicylic acid body wash that would probably be great for you or even maybe the vitamin c one and you can usually find them in target but if not Amazon has it too!

I got sexually assaulted by someone I thought I could trust. I’m a disabled person who needs a personal assistant and I lost that service for a year. I finally won my appeal on that. I do have an order of protection on that person. But the PTSD aid bad.

last year i got a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. easiest surgery ever and so life changing !! 10/10 would recommend

HI I had to have my deviated septum fixed from when I broke my nose at the age of 12. I had alot of sinus issues and they ruptured so surgery was my only option. The surgery was rough at first but I got through it fine. The only downside is my speaking voice and singing voice changed. I had to learn how to breath with two open airways lol I wish you luck!

I literally just got my septum fixed in April and they also enlarged my nasal passages and I cannot even begin to describe the difference in life. It's a pretty rough first week of post-op, but I highly recommend it!!!!

Just use simple cortisone cream. (Cream, not ointment) on your face, lightly every morning. Just the simple 1% kind, from any store. I have been using it daily for over almost 40 years. My skin stays clear. When I tell people I am 58, the response is almost always "Where are your wrinkles", and people come in for a closer look.

ive swam with turtles right beside me many times in hawaii. they are so gentle and beautiful. ive never been scared of them. they arent going to go after you and bite you, so just dont stick your hand in their face and theres no way they are going to bite you. im super scared of sharks tho, and there have been TONS of shark attacks this year. like TONS. is climate collapse causing it? is it like how the orcas are fighting back and sinking yachts? (im on Team Orca! lol)

i always have to be doing something with my hands too! i kind of contribute my craftiness/artistic side to the fact that i was always doing something with my hands even during class! i too was totally fine with acne at a younger age-throughout middle school, high school, and even the first couple years of college i had very, very minimal acne. but now it’s bad enough that i take accutane.
