It was harder to get than muscle mass even tho I was skinny before. So yea, dont talk bullshit pls. I can send you the training and diet what I followed if you wanna try then talk. You can eat only the right amount of calorie that you burn, but you need that protein too, and energy for training, even eating is harder than "just eating healthy.

2:45 for all of those people saying he is just skinny and has abs because of it, that's not true. I was skinny and played sports but never had abs like that. With a little bit of training I did the same because I had low body fat. You can't just be skinny and magically have a nice ass six pack.
