NOTE: The Mii called "Jack" is the one that has all 100 stamps on it. Just look for the one that has the same shaped head as the Mii I use in this video.
I have also kept the file structure of the download file the same as what you need it to be on the SD card when copying it over to the Wii. So just copy the download file onto your SD card, right click it and select "Extract Here". The file structure should look like this: private\wii\title\RZTP\data.bin. If you do not have the option to extract the file, you will need to download a compression software such as 7-Zip or WinRAR.
Once you have put the SD card in the Wii with the save file on it, go to the Wii settings on the bottom left, Data Management, Save Data, SD Card, select the Wii Sports Resort icon and copy it over to the Wii console. It will probably say you already have data on the Wii console, and in that case you will unfortunately have to delete your own.
Once you have successfully copied the save file over, boot up the game and go into one of the sports. Find the "Jack" Mii, select it and copy it to another Mii that is already on your console. That's it!
