Besides grab rides, BTS/MRT rides, the next affordable transport option for tourist is none other than boat rides. Hop on hop off tourist boat covers most of the major piers along Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, including Sathorn Pier & Ratchawong Pier.
Single journey ticket = 30 baht (~SGD1.20)
Full day ticket (unlimited rides) = 150 baht (~SGD6)
TIP: If you are planning to cover just 3 areas like myself, it is more worth it to purchase single journey ticket for each ride.
