Happens to me all the time too, but I find that if you keep trying the one that you're scared to finish over and over, you start to become less fazed by the height. Or maybe I'm just reckless 😅

Hahaha I had to do it 😛 I definitely still have to check myself when it comes to grade chasing, but it's also a refreshing (and humbling) experience to have to start again from the "beginning"

Love your videos, climb or non climbey! do you recommend any sports that are as fun as climbing? I've recently retired and have been looking for a new sport!

I loveeee snowboarding as well, but the only thing is that it's not year-round. 😬 And then the only other sport I've played lately is pickle ball. It's like a cross between ping pong and tennis and it's really fun. I wouldn't say it's on the same level as climbing and snowboarding for me, but I really enjoy it too. 😊

A taller friend of mine was only able to use the small foothold after he got the hold on top! At the time, it felt like I might push myself off the wall if I stepped on that hold too early. But who knows? I'd be down to try it again for sure. 😊
