Trying having yours put on 13-13.5 that’s how my orthodontist did it when I had mine put on! I can tell you I definitely don’t miss having them on my teeth! But in the end it was worth it!
@@dullistic1 Yeah all they did was use some kind of glue to put each individual bracket on then use a blue light to make it stick and that's it for the brackets, then they just stick the wire in
@@mysticthehorselover5979 oh okay same for me, they just x-rayed around teeth and placed them on individually after... watching people getting their braces on a different way such as this video led me to believe that my orthodontist missed a step. haha
For anyone who might be confused about this, he’s probably getting braces because he has an open bite and not because he has crooked teeth. It could also be both. But maybe the experience is different because of that or something else. I’m not a dentist or anything, but I’m just telling you what I know from @thebentist and my thoughts about it. Don’t take it seriously.
OMGGG DOES IT REALLY HURT?? My mom is a dental assistant and she notice last night that I have a underbite so she said that I needed to get braces maybe this March or April 😥

It is great because you can have a beautiful smile you have always wanted♥️🥰 , but I just got braces tlday, and I havnt even had them on (just my tops ones right now) for just a few hours and my teeth hurt really bad! I just want to get them off already😱😢
@@bellavetiss So far it has been great! The first month of wearing braces you would really feel pain in ur mouth as ur teeth isnt comfortable. Do eat soft food like porridge as it is helpful on the first few weeks. Do not eat anything that is hard as ur brackets may be broken. Broke mine 2 times 😂 Anyways as month pass by you will feel ok and felt that u didnt wear any braces. Please take care of ur mouth hygiene as it is really important. And dont skip any appointment. Missed my appointment last week as i was on overseas to Malaysia. 🤗
They Could have given him a quick polish before placing the brackets🌞 but I like that they found faster method to place the brackets instead of individually
Fun fact braces don't hurt at all for a few days ur front teeth will hurt also the wires might poke u but u will get used to the braces and know how to control ur mouth. I got my brace this January!
@@arbaazali9424it is different for everyone. Some peoples teeth are more fucked up than others so they feel more sensitivity in one spot compared to others
Yall did impressions my orthodontist did a picture with a 3d camera and sent them to the Processing room to see the picture of how they looked with braces on,before,and after braces. They put them on bracket by bracket and did bottom and top 1 month apart so my teeth could get time to adjust and not all hurt at once. They also did it amost pain prevention and pain less application.
I wish they did it this way when I had my braces put on! Keep in mind it’s been about 13-13.5 years since I’ve had my braces put on! It’s been about 11 yrs since I’ve had them taken off my teeth! My teeth were soar for a few days when I had my braces put on!

Today I got scened teeth for braces (3D scener) and my dentis said they will call me when my braces are finished. Im really excited and im thinking about which color should I get. Im kinda nerves but by watching your videos its not scary at all!😁
@@besties_world ah okay! I'll go into details then. The whole thing isn't hurtful even a bit since all they do is gluing those lil pieces of metal to your teeth. Then right after appointment you'll have few hours when you can eat normally since braces won't be working yet. But after + next morning and probably next couple of days it'll be painful to chew at all, so get yourself some soft food like yogurts/creamy soups/super soft buns etc. In my case teeth only hurt if being touched/lightly pressed on + a bit of itching for a day, so it wasn't bad at all, I expected actual constant pain xD If possible I strongly recommend doing one jaw at a time. Less time spent with mouth opened (~40 mins instead of 2h), only one sensitive jaw for a couple of days so it's easier to adjust. My sis got both done at once and regretted it xD Hope that helps!
I have spacers on my teeth rn and I can’t even bite a tiny piece of carrot with it🥹so I’m going to fill my tummy with milkshake . Ps: I almost puked when my dentist put some kinda resin into my mouth to measure my teeth🥹
I want braces so much but I’m waiting for my last baby tooth. It won’t even move and centre meter but all I want rn is braces. Ik it sounds crazy but my teeth are horribe I’m so anxious and insecure abt them as they have a gap between the top 2. only people with a huge gap will understand 😞
To anyone that is going to get braces soon, i got braces when i was 9 and i have had them since, i am 14 now so i have had them for a while. Some people are saying it hurts really bad when they put them on. It does not hurt at all all they do it put a dab of glue and place them on with tweezers, the only pain you will feel with be the few days after your mouth will be sore but thats just a part of having braces you have to deal with the pain.
i did NOT have to do this 😭 ive had braces for only 2 months now (i actually just came back from a orthodontist appointment today) and they straight up glued the brackets on and tightened the wire and done 💀

I did not have to go through this process however some orthodontist do it this way for a faster process, i got mine put on one by one and it took up to an hour but nothing to crazy. ❤ (Thanks for reading if you did)
I'm getting mine out on the 31st of this month (march) and I'm so excited🚊🤸🏽♀️ My brother is already getting them out on the 14th and is bragging about it👽

Only hurts the first couple of days, and it’s fin bc u can get dif colors depending on holidays or seasons, I get orange and purple for Halloween, red and green for Christmas, white and blue for winter, pastel green, pastel pink, and pastel yellow for Easter and spring, then yellow and blue for summer, after Easter I like to get purple and yellow, or purple and green, for 4th of July, red white and blue, then in late august I get green and blue so ya
