Flavonals in the berries are lost when blended with bananas. However, if you are getting from another means, blend away. I love banana and strawberry smoothie. ❤️🍓🍌🫐❤

Hi Sarah I complete agree with you, I have the worst anxieties when it comes to my children in public!! There are real life monsters out there your feelings are valid and I think it’s very sensible to not let them alone if you aren’t nearby to watch. Such fun vlogs the past week!!
