Bro genuinely speaking ur a northeastern student who applied to a particular position in a company and on the other hand another person who is from a low ranking University applied to the same company position who is also talented like u......do the interview panel shows any bias against the other person if he's from a low ranking University

Two things, real Quick 1. Money Aspect (Considering you pay less to your low ranking University) - Don't you think if he pays more to the university, it's okay for the companies to favor him. Although the talent will ultimately matter, I don't see any reason to NOT favor him. 2. University Student Pool - It's pretty obvious (most of the times) to find better students at a high ranking University than a Low ranking one! So that partisanship is inevitable and completely Okay. All this with due respect to the talent of the person in question. Best of luck !

Doesn’t matter tons of talent from mid, low tier schools at top companies. It’s up to you to make it happen. Prestige of a university helps but not having it doesn’t work against you. You can make the most of your uni. Overall every university atleast all public universities are absolutely fantastic. You can easily use every resource given to you to make it happen. You can make it happen, you have it in you :) if your passionate anything’s possible Data point being myself. I’m from a mid tier undergrad school working at faang

I have doubt that first everyone work in a company at least 2 year then they start studying MBA. but some people who had no work experience they also doing MBA .What about them? if completed In job scenario what are consequences they want to face ? what are pros and cons that joining MBA with and without experience

Not for a job no one cares about your gpa. If you have a great gpa put it in your resume, it might or might not help. If your gpa isn’t great don’t include in resume it won’t work against you
