In my opinion, the left side of your apartment doesn’t really match the right side as far as the style of the pieces and layout. HOWEVER, I don’t live there, you do; buy what you like. You own the home and it is yours to do as you please! Unfortunately you work on the internet so people will give you their opinions on what they see. Just take the advice you want and leave the rest. This is hard but it is something I have learned is quite important to do as I have gotten older and have a family and others to consider. 😊

I feel like you should acquire an Interior Designer.

I think with the bigger space you could def do a vanity upgrade, I don’t think that one serves you well anymore!

What if the interior designer agrees and says the couch is too big for the space?

If you like that couch that's all that matters!! Even if the couch ends up being too big or small or whatever for the space it's your couch, as long as you like it then its the right couch for you! It literally shouldn't matter to anyone else because it'll never affect them 😅

Good Lord. You do you, if you want to put lawn chairs in your living room, it's your vibe. I like the couch, it's big and it looks comfy. The perfect spot on days you want to rot. Enjoy it!

Your couch is the one from Love Sak it’s a great couch. Anytime you move into a new space, you move things, you live with things, things are not perfect, you try things. That is the process. It is not that people criticize- it’s the way they do it. Miserable cusses. 😒 And folks see you living your best life and want to bring you down a peg or two. People vex me. 😒😒😒😒 Do you, Boo. Even if you get an interior designer get one who shares YOUR vision. Because, think about it- we follow you because we dig your vibe. Nobody follows the couch critics. The white covers almost help open the space more, looks great! Might help make the couch not feel quite as bulky as everyone is making it seem, either way I think the couch looks great

I was soo taken back when I saw the comments about the couch first and foremost. I am pro LoveSac I have one and LOVE IT!!!! And for what you said girl, you go Glenn Coco Because respectfully it’s a new couch it’s a new adjustment also so is the apartment everything like you said is gonna be adjusted and readjusted it’s it’s a PROCESS and it’s gonna take a bit for people to get used to your new set up. I guess they’re also used to the old couch that you had that seeing a new one is throwing them for a loop but other than that I absolutely love the couch. I also love that color I really need to order that fabric too. I have a different fabric not the one that you have and I want to try it!!!❤ And I want your feedback on the speakers I was debating on getting the speaker set up, but I didn’t know how it was going to be so let me know how you like it!

No deodorant actually works for heavy sweating, it sucks! The only thing that ever worked for me is Certian Dri roll on. I used it every other night after a shower. Let it dry completely before putting on close or putting your arms down. You’ll want to still wear a deodorant through the day just to smell good. Honestly I used this stuff for a year and was able to come off of it and now I don’t really sweat that much under my arms. Good luck!!

I think your couch looks fine. I was a little taken aback when the TV stand was in the middle of the room but you hung it on the wall, so that fixed that. I love your dining table and chairs and am so glad you have this permanent space that's all your own (and Ben's of course).

the Limitless scent from Duradry is way better! I use that as my daily deodorant and then roll-on Certaindri every 3-4 days before I go to bed. it can sometimes itch bc it's powerful but worth it for sure. as a very sweaty girlie this has been my combo for the whole year so far and I'd recommend! I wish Duradry came in a clear version though bc I'm always worried about the white getting on my clothes

people have sooooo many opinions about your house when you literally just bought and moved in…it takes years honestly to build your dream space. i’m currently transitioning from college/handmedown stuff to my new adult style and it takes time…and money!! decorate with the stuff you love!!!!

I just self tanned too, plus had a tanning session in my backyard 😄 I'm very mindful about the stuff I put in my body etc...but I do self tan at the beginning of the season (summer started late here in WA) and I keep hearing it's bad for you cause it's all chemical and stuff... which makes sense. But what do you guys think about self tanners? Do you thibk they're harmful? I only try to do it once or twice and then try to get a proper tan w/out burning myself but still...

I so appreciate your input on the couch! I have been debating getting a Lovesac and your continuous talk about how comfy it is has sold me on it. I think it looks great and will only improve once you get your whole apartment styled. Buying a new home is such an overwhelming and exciting experience - and the best advice I have is to live in the space before making every design decision. I've lived in mine for six years and feel like I do little improvements (and sometimes some bigger upgrades) over the course of every year because you come to find what works for you and what doesn't simply from living and existing there. You're doing great! The couch is great! And can't wait to see how it all comes together!
