This vlog is the best Christmas present ever . My sister is a lawyer and you're going to love it, congratulations on all of your hard work !!! This is just the beginning. (Also how is every place super beautiful when Jing is vlogging it.) Ok, now onto the more personal thing you mentioned in the video about introverts. I'm a pharmacist, so like I'm really not able to diagnose anyone and obviously everyone reacts differently. Also, I was hesitant in posting this. But the thing you described about hiding yourself from the world when you're struggling, my first thought was like "depression". If a patient of mine mentioned that, I would've taken the patient to our consultation room in the pharmacy to talk more about it (I practice in a province in Canada where pharmacists have a more clinical role than just giving medication). I could be wrong of course, but I've seen depression hurt so many people in different ways, as a health professional, so please take care of yourself. You could seek help from family, friends you really trust with your mental health, or even health professionals. Usually, health professionals have training about how to manage those types of situations, as anyone could come up to us seeking for help about this (kind of like CPR but for mental health). If I remember correctly, some universities offer the help of psychologists for students who are battling health problems. Depression should also be considered as important as hypertension for example. Anyhow, I'm rambling at this point. But yeah, even if you don't have depression, please take care of yourself. (You don't owe me any answers.) Happy holidays ! I wish the best for you.

I totally get what you mean by that isolationism because it's what I've been doing too - and it's probably not just an introvert thing because I'm pretty solidly an extrovert. HI Jing, I'm a first year law student and so stressed out. I turned 18 a few weeks ago and I'm currently studying law in Belgium. Our exam season lasts for one month and it's so stressful. The only thing that you want most it to pass all your exams. I'm just trying to deal with that stress while trying to figure out my best study method without getting a burn-out...
