The plaintiff took waaaay too long to express his dislike for the logo position. I could understand if he was driving the vehicle around and the logo began peeling off or something after a year (if still within warranty). He even stated that he liked the logo. Man, kick rocks! 🙄

i have a feeling that he sued because his idea to get new business by putting his business logo on his car did not bring in new business like he hoped and now he needs money so he came up with the idea to claim that nobody can see the logo and he showed a picture that was purposely altered or taken in such a way as to appear as if his logo could never be seen on his car in order to help his lawsuit .

Why is anyone talking about the 'position' of the 'man', or the way he leans, when the most dramatic thing is that the 'man' and the logo are in just a black outline, whereas they should be filled-in, in white and the plaintiff idiotically asked for it to be in grey, so this is all on himself...

love it when the gavel comes down and litigants are still flapping their gums. it's a terrifying slaying.

I was in commercial printing for 40+ years and once that proof is signed, game over, period. The law is very specific about this and it's always upheld in court.

As a graphic designer this entire episode hurts to listen to. The logo is different between both cars; maybe the 'guy' could be considered an element of the logo and could be flipped, but honestly the graphic designer who made his logo and did his branding should have done the design for him and sent it to the wrap people so the client would be happy. The judge doesn't know enough about design to have an opinion.

cheques....autopay only if it's the same amount every month. We're NOT online at our bank because it keeps getting hacked. No autopay if the amount varies....i know a woman who had autopay for her electricity. They would move money into their chequing account for the month, just ahead of when the bills were due....and they had EVERYTHING on autopay. One month the Elec company misplaced the decimal....and instead of around $250, they took $2,500 out of the account...and then charged them a $30 fee because there wasn't enough money IN that account. The woman found out when the bank phoned and said "you'd better get down here fast...something's gone wrong" The bills all came in around the same time, but the hydro came in first....which meant that the bills for the mortgage, cable TV, internet, water, and the rest ALL bounced. And she had to pay a $30-40 fee for each bounced bill, then phone the company and beg to get put back on autopay. The Elec company insisted that they were correct.....for a $50 fee, a meter reader would come out, take the reading and prove it. She paid....and the meter reader found the mistake. The Elec company kindly refunded the $30 for the bounced autopay.....but kept the $50 for the special reading, and wouldn't refund the bounce fees for any of the other bills. It ended up costing the homeowners around $300 to correct the Electric Co's mistake. No autopay in our house!!

This case was pathetic: If this is his LOGO it fails in it's purpose. I thought it was a man /woman? lazing about whilst the company did the moving. Go where? Very dull and not attracting attention at all. Apart from the kerfuffle It failed on all counts.

The Plaintiff's business is likely not doing well and he just wants some money back. The logo looked fine and the Plaintiff is being very insincere.

I knew this case would be an uphill battle for the plantiff due to his english speaking deficiencies right from the very beginning. But the way Milian stood up abruptly while banging her gavel as she exited the courtroom was very disrespectful. She's really something else.
