I love it, this is the first time that i completed the whole exercice. Up to the next dat tomorrow. Thank you so much I started this yesterday. twice in a day, and also twice in a day today . Equals to four times already, so much pain but i can see the changes of my arms already. My shoulders has already started to show up the bones. 😘
