It’s truly amazing. It is really hard staying healthy being a cop at a busy department. Most I ever weighed was when I was a patrol deputy on night shift. Long hours, poor eating habits. (Gas station food/fast food) waking up and being so tired from the previous shift you don’t want to work out. Not making excuses, it’s definitely doable and more cops should take their health seriously but it really takes a lot of discipline to pull it off.
