Love Staub, have 3 of their La Cocotte in Sage(24cm), Cobalt Blue (20cm) and Grey (14cm). Best investment ever. Even if you burn something in it, I comes up brand new. How comes since you live in Germany you did not buy Merten & Storck German Enamelled Iron Cookware. That is a German brand. Thinking of getting one
