I’ve had locs for almost 5 years and I completely hate the look of gettting a retwist ( i like my locs to look freeformed too ) but freeforming over time break your locs off so I had no choice but to get a retwist . Trust the retwist process bc in no time it go back to being fluffy just retwist it to secure the help of your locs
Yeah those are TRUE FREEFORMS. To get those all you do is wash your hair and let it do what it wants. This dude has SEMI FREEFORMS. To get those you use a sponge to create the desire shape and let your hair grow into it. When first starting semi Freeforms you don’t wash your hair as much and not as hard to maintain their shape until they lock up. When most people say Freeforms, they are referring to SEMI FREEFORMS. Stop being a smart aleck.
I remember when I first started my Freeform’s I just watched this video over and over again thinking like my Freeform’s gon be just like that and they grew longer. All I did is trust the process

U definitely did not turn those back into freeforms. Didn’t look like freeforms in the first place. Just do no maintenance to your hair and then you’ll get ya “freeforms back”
