Keep up the great work. Just don't wear crocs to the gym that often, especially on leg day. In the closing reps of some leg based lifts the grip you'll gain in regular gym/running shoes will really help you out.

In the gym Its better to do 2 sets of hard reps till failure, instead of 5 sets of not high intensity, too much volume is the downfall of natty lifters cause your body can't recover as fast compared to a lifter on steroids in the sense of building muscle, in a athlete sense im not as sure, but if your trying to build muscle try and lower the volume and go up in weight and intensity.
