I'll tell you how to deal with anxiety find yourself some good friends. Switch up your diet to a healthy diet travel and stay off social media. And find yourself a good workout routine. Stay away from sugar and caffeine. And anxiety is in your head so if you keep watching videos about it's going to keep popping up. U have to act like it doesn't even exist. It sucks you have to look to the internet for help and not your parents or friends or family

Ya i'm always drinking coffee almost everyday haha. And ya Dark hair is pretty on u. My mom always tells me to drink water. she said if u don't drink water ur ruining ur kidneys and that's bad. But i can't stand water haha.
