I truly hope you guys are going to be happy in Washington and wont miss your hometown too much, and that all will be worth the stress. All the best you two
Lilac is my favorite flower. I love the scent so much, it reminds me of the lilac trees we had in our yard in my childhood house. We've got a Peony festival here in our town and I'm hoping to sell my soap at the festival next year. It would be fitting since my shop is named Vintage Peony.
I did this once. It was so difficult! We were in different states not countries but it was one of the hardest things I have done. You are amazing and I hope this time passes quickly for you
You guys are a perfect fit for Olympia. I lived there for 10 years after getting out of the military. I loved it. I managed to live In Seattle, Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Spokane, and Cheney during my indecisive living in Washington. I just couldn’t figure out where I wanted to be during that time in my life. Anyways, Olympia is adorable and I definitely seeing it being a good spot for you guys. Good luck! ❤😊
I ran across your channel today and I’m kinda binge watching it. 😊 I also went to your store and bought some Butter, I’m trying to go natural.. I use a lot of Goats Milk Soap. I thought I would try this Body Butter. I’m older so store bought products are really drying out my skin, I’m going to fight old age as much as possible. I love how you keep the customer in mind. ❤
Not going to lie, I teared up a little bit when I saw Dempsey running to Cale. So sweet!!! I hope a sale comes through quickly and you're able to move on to the next step of your journey. One of the best things about working in the Calgary house this past year is that now you know what does and doesn't work for you in a studio, so you can carry that knowledge forward into a new space. Sending you lots and lots of positive, house-selling vibes!!!
Love the beautiful scenery ya'll shared on the drive - we took a nine-state road trip up north from Texas and was blown away. Washington State is gorgeous! Love your fur babies too - it's awesome to see how excited they get when ya'll get home - best feeling in the world!
Wow soooo darned impressed with Jiggy, what a perfect travel buddy. Great footage and vid. Scrub looks delicious. Awww my heart melted watching Dempsey soooo excited to see Cale. You doing well Jerika, keep taking care of yourself.
Hi! I think I got the first comment! I love the vlog style videos, and I'm glad to see you managed to spend some time with Cale. And Jiggy deals with travel much better than my cat! (Dempsy's reunion with Cale was just about the sweetest thing ever. )
I can't wait until you open up shop again. I'm going to have to ration what I have left from when we visited in June last year. My first order will be huge stocking up. Hope the house sells soon!
I think the amount of additives to your scrub may aid in the deflation. I have never had a scrub deflate even after it has sat for a year. I keep my additive to 10% or less total. Darlin, I don't know how you and Cale do it... I could never do the back and forth like you both are doing right now. It has got to be exhausting. Hope your house sells soon so you can move on to new bigger better adventures. Sending Blessing!
The 3 best things for psoriasis are 40,000 IUs a day of vitamin D3, Cod liver oil and 4-5 capsules of TUDCA a day. Also intermittent fasting and go gluten free. Hope this helps.
Just discover your channel! Love your content. I’m new in Calgary just arrived a month ago! Any advice would be awesome. Hope everything goes really good and I wish you and your family lots of blessings 😊. P.s. your manicure is so cute!
Loved Loved the video……fully packed with all kinds of gems…..love You Cale singing “Roll On Columbia…Roll On!”……Grandpa Jimbo smoked a tobacco pipe……ooohhh the smell of fresh tobacco is so rich and warming…….
So, I have a question for all the soapy-type people on here (Jerika, I know you've got a lot going on, so I'm going for answers from viewers...) My mom (68 years old) breaks out from all store bought soap. She always has, and thinks it's from the fragrance but isn't sure. (She can't use any soap on her face and gets red itchy spots on her body.) I'm using an old recipe from Jerika with the addition of citric acid and using Grapeseed Oil instead of hemp seed oil (all the hemp oil at the store was expired 🙄). If I substitute cocoa butter for the shea butter for the smell, do you guys think that the result would be good for someone with skin problems? (I know the soap would be harder, but the ones I make with shea are pretty soft and melt fast, so that shouldn't be a problem). Edit: I asked on last week's video, but a little late, and I don't think many people saw it.
I agree with hila! Try out 100% olive oil - the soap takes months to cure (at least 6!) but the wait is worth it, I hear for a gentle bar of soap that’s perfect for sensitive skin.
Awwwww, Jiggy is such a good girl in the car, Dempsie is so happy to see her dad, and you are so sweet! I really am glad that I found your channel! Good luck with everything! ❤
I love that drive! I used to live in Bremerton and Tacoma and made that trip many times to get to Chewelah, Wa to visit my sister in-law. Living in Olympia you will be close to Centralia, Wa. where there is an outlet mall. I used to shop there a lot. Don’t know how much it has grown or whether there were store closures during the pandemic because I have been living in Hawaii for the past 9 years. So you might want to look it up. It’s worth the drive if the stores are still open. I also lived in Portland, OR and drove from there too. Stay safe you two! Lots of Aloha to you! ❤❤
The pacific north west is breathtakingly beautiful! I want to break it up to a few days so that cale and I have a chance to look around more . I’ll definitely look up that mall in centralia! Love a great outlet mall ❤
She has her harness and a leash clipped to the back. We have a caribeener clip thing attached to the back of our car where we can tie leashes to for our pets.
I used to have a cat that loved car rides and I would clip her harness and leash to the headrest with a carabiner (it was a longish leash so it was safe and just short enough to keep her in the car). And for long trips, I put her litter box in a large hard carrier to keep it secured, and keep the litter out of the carpet (she was messy with litter). The cat I have now screams his head off in the car. The whole time we're driving.
Jerika it certainly is frustrating to say the least selling your home. We are in the same situation, but so far nothing for me and it certainly does cause a lot of stress, what makes it worse is we've already set sites on our new home which is built and ready to move in to, and I just keep worrying someone will get there before us. I've just got my fingers crossed for you and I, that's all we can do. Anyhow your nails look absolutely gorgeous, I would never have thought to have yellow, but it works beautifully. Oh and that scrub looked good enough to eat, and the bubbles wow, gonna have to get me a tub of that magic.🤣. And when you kept opening your new fragrances, wish I had smell a gram 🤣 I really wanted to smell each new fragrance with you, you just made them sound so gooooood. Take care, chin up girl.
Well, as soon as I can, I’m gonna upgrade to Golden Bubble! Another great vlog, thank you. I know what you mean about things feeling bittersweet, but all of life is a journey and I’m excited to see where it leads! ❤
@@JerikaZimmerman Yes, some alone time is good for a relationship but too long is just too long. Glad you all got to spend some quality time all together.
Hey Jericka, I have an odd question…with your HP Laser printer, are you joined to Intant Ink or do you just purchase ink as needed, do you use HP ink cartridges or use compatible ink…I have just purchased a lazer printer (not arrived yet) and am now freaking out about ink cost 😢
What is the name of your etsy shop please. The link just takes me to Etsy. I need this product in my life!!!! Thanks so much for sharing and pray you sell your home soon!
