I have to say that I resonate with EVERY single habit that you want to change/improve - I honestly thought I was just a terribly unproductive person who didn't understand the concept of working on time/deadlines. So seeing someone else who also struggles with these habits gives me a bit of relief 😅 I hope we can both get through this! All the best with uni! ☺️

Woah I'm an infj-t and I totally relate on every habit that you want to improve. Having good night sleep is first on the list because when I have rested well it feels like I have the momentum to complete my tasks and make my day productive. However I fail if I don't and procrastinate. I click on your vid as soon as I saw that you are infj-a hoping that it will help me cause I need motivation to change my habits. Thank you. It's just so refreshing that there's something I can relate to.
I get distracted easily too I'm working on building a routine for myself. I basically talk to myself about what am I going to do the entire day. I Mentally prepare myself to conquer the bulk amount of content that I need to know or memorize for my exams. Then I play some classical music and start studying. I don't know why i typed this here. Yeah whatever. Nice video btw Kai. You just reminded me to declutter my digital space which I've been procrastinating for a while.
This past few days I feel like I'm barely living my life and just tryin to survive each day, I just found your vid today and it made me rethink my life decisions. Hoping to keep this motivation to do something relevant with my life.
Some tips since i'm a little older and had the same goals. If you don't naturally have a steady sleep cycle then you need structure in your life. if you can choose all you're classes to start at the same time every day that'll ensure you wake up at the same time everyday. next is try to remove unnecessary stress from your life so you can sleep at night. identify what exactly are you're goals that you'll be happy with and sad without and work towards them. for example if your goal is good grades then you identify that you need to know course concepts and how to apply them regardless of how long or short that takes you. break up things in your head this way so your less stress and feel under control. that way you can sleep. and just know you're doing a good job and you are put together even if there are things you think you need to be better. things fall into place on their own when you are on the right track.
idk but i got emotional with your video, kai - especially in the last part. i started having an unhealthy lifestyle when i was in the last months of the semester, prolly because of burnout. now that the school year is over for me, i want to get my life back together. somehow, we share similar habits to achieve! i'm really grateful that you shared this wonderful content, kai. i felt like i finally have someone i can relate to. don't be too hard on yourself, kai. i hope that everything will work well for you. :)
8:46 Ever since the pandemic I've had this _exact_ problem when it comes to online communication. I've drifted from many of my close friends because of it and even though we're all on good terms it just doesn't feel the same anymore. I understand what you meant in the sleeping segment 😭 I sleep at 10 PM (that's early for me lmao) and end up waking at around 1 or 2 AM and have difficulty going back to sleep. What's worse is feeling disoriented up until dawn and end up napping during classes mwebfhjwbgi

I could relate to some of this, I am also going to graduate and I've been trying to get my life together recently and immerse myself to the world of adulthood. It's kinda stressful for me since this is a bigg transition in my life, but there's really nothing I can do about it. Btw, Your vlog just motivated me even more to touch grass, socialize, work out, clean my room, and sleep well and I really thank u for that!
