Our menstruation is for rest & the body recuperating. Thus during a woman cycle she should rest💖. Don't force yourself to do much...let your body flow and when the energy comes back is when we should start back with daily activities ❣️. It's a great idea to also plan life around your cycle 😊.
I usually practice Selfcare time when Auntflo visit's. Pamper yourself. Many take this time off for self to do as you please (reflection,reset, etc.) Others, that live apart of that hustle culture will push thru, motrin plenty of water and no carbonation.. it increases cramping for many. Sleep as much as you can. Hydration and sleep is key. Be kind to yourself, this is a cleansing time for women. I try my best to embrace this time of month, many call it "moon time." Some may say "im on my moon!" its a time of rest. Blessings to you all. Luv you guys!

spring water bottle at the source is a bid better than distilled!!! just dont drink purified or any water that claims to be alkaline!!! lol we do not need alkaline water!
