As leaders, we can’t afford to be unmotivated, lazy, or slacking no matter how we feel privately, neither because of the time constraints, nor because we have to always be there for our team. Amazing to see honesty and vulnerability. Life is hard, work is hard, making enough money to survive and thrive is hard, trying to achieve your goals is hard all whilst navigating healthy relationships. AND yet almost 100% of influencers create an illusion that lifes easy and things just fall out the sky for them leaving everyone else feeling like a failure. Girl you seem tired, listen to your body. As a nurse I had burn out 2 years ago and I'm still trying to recover. Be kind to yourself, there is a rock bottom with burnout and it dont matter how rich you are its the same for everyone and it really effects your mind and body.

For eczema: change/wash your makeup brushes, strip back skin care/makeup and use an oil after moisturiser to seal in moisture. slowly add products back in to see if it's one of those causing a reaction. works for me every time!

Hey grace! I suffer with extremely bad eczema and the aveeno skin repair - nourish and repair cica balm is amazing! Coming from someone who has used everything include steroid creams. Also stress/anxiety/my mood is one of my triggers! This could be a trigger for you also if you’re currently stressed at work etc ❤

The eczema by your eye could be a reaction to your eye make-up amongst other things like stress, diet etc. Balmonds is a pretty good topical treatment. Also, having omega 3 regularly and getting enough vit D helps. Eating papayas are also really nourishing for the skin x

I agree with the omega 3, my eye eczema was gut related and a good quality probiotic and omega 3 supplement has resolved it. I thought it was make up but mine wasn’t topical after keeping a diary.

Eye eczema!! I suffered with this for ages and tried everything on the market which made it worse. The only thing that worked for me is called Epaderm! No one come for me because it’s not an ‘eye cream’, but it can be used for newborn babies, which is good enough for me! 😂 I now incorporate it into my daily skin care routine to stop it flaring back up. Give it a go girl! Hope you’re doing well and sending lots of love and positivity your way xxx

Hi Grace! I used to also get eczema in the creases under my eye. As far as OTC remedies, an emollient helps to soothe and protect the skin (I like the Farmacy Honey Savior). If that doesn't work you can escalate to a prescription product. There are a couple on the market in the US that do not burn under your eyes and do not thin the skin (non-steroidal). A dermatologist can point you in the right direction. Good luck! Hope this helps.

Eczema rec - stop using makeup & order Balmonds skin salvation. Once it goes, reintroduce makeup & observe what is triggering it. Same thing with skincare / eyecare products. Sincerely, facial eczema queen since birth XO

Omg totally totally back Balmonds as a brand - couldn't recommend enough!! I'm going through TSW (topical steroid withdrawal - if you don't know get to know but I would avoid steroids at all costs on your face Grace - not that all topical steroids are bad for all people but they are more dangerous than most people think or know currently)
