To anyone who is easily influenced: please do not listen to someone who is not a healthcare professional try and SELL you health products, especially when she has to read from her phone AND can’t pronounce them correctly. Clearly she hasn’t been using them long enough. At the end of the day she only cares about SELLING the product, not your health. Take care and do your research!

Oh my gosh my heart just sank reading this. I never want it to come across like I'm trying to sell health products. I care about everyones mental health WAY way too much which is why i share my routine in the first place. I have been using these products for months and just enjoy taking them. I very much care WAY more about everyones health over a product. Very sad it even came across like this in the slightest. But thank you and I appreciate this comment regardless.
