getting out of a funk 

Recently i binged all ur videos, its really comforting to know that there are people so similar to you, slowly living their little lives, having their daily struggles, appreciating the smallest things. Thank u for posting, i wish u accomplish everything u set ur mind on, stay safe lovely little one 💕

Feeling like you’re going back to your “old self” when you’re not as productive as you would like to be is extremely relatable. What helps me through that is reminding myself that letting go of things isn’t something you do all at once. You let go of that part of you when you manage to go to the gym after two days, you let it go when you try a new cafe. You let it go even when you’ve slept in until 12 but share the guilt with someone that lives a thousand miles away and then forgive yourself for it. It’s a work in progress that lasts a lifetime. You’re doing well

I have been in a little funk recently too. I know the fear of thinking it will lead you back into the depths of depression but I've found that just being unconditionally kind and fair to myself has helped me carry on towards my goals even when I'm not mentally 100%. When life feels boring or monotonous, I try to challenge myself to do something I wouldn't normally do. This week, I'm trying to practice living in the moment. Actively switching off my mind and just existing. It's nice just doing small things to push myself out of my comfort zone. :) Hope you have a great day!

keep doing you hannah! i just wanted to take a lil momemt to appreciate all the effort you put out there, adulting is fun anf has its downs ngl. and getting out of the funk is def the most draining cause it takes a lot of consistency and you're not used to it. I am turning 22 in a day and i realized most of my teenage years were spent me living in a funk, building walls between me and the world. when you told that you wanna be more social from now on, i really felt that because i have been grieving my teenage years because if i had made the effort to be social and put myself out in the world, it might have been a lot better. much love hannah, you're a star

Hey Hanna, I was just telling my friend how your videos inspire me to slow down & be content with life, PLEASE don't feel like you're not doing enough.I've made it a mission to explore more of Montreal and go to cafes, walks etc to fight the winter blues : SO FAR SO GOOD. I also enjoy going thrifting, Museums are free every first Sunday of the month & some museums are cheaper on weekdays after certain times.
