Hi everyone! In today's vlog I am going to talk about how I've been feeling pretty sad lately and feeling like I am in a rut or a slump. I've been super busy but I still feel like I can never do enough so this Vlog is about me getting out of that feeling and going back to square one! I made a switch this year from thinking cleaning was something that sucked but you had to do it to one of the easiest and best sources of that dopamine that comes from doing a good job and having a routine and improving your life really (by making your environment nicer to be in). It takes some mental effort to make that paradigm shift but it's really great.

Being in a rut is the worst and I completely understand, especially as a creative/fellow actor. Been in a pretty bad rut myself since the end of February after starting the year really strong. You can do it. Routine is everything. Small changes. Focus on what makes you HAPPIEST and your goals-everything you’ve ever wanted is coming to you. Hope things get better, Audrey. - Chris

Yeah it do girl! YES!!! Everyone’s house is always perfect! I always look at the background and typically when I see families have a house that’s really lived in, and you can tell it’s authentic and I’m not the only one who’s house looks like a disaster by Wednesday and it stays like that until Saturday bc we are busy during the week.. yeah I follow those.
