i went back and forth deciding whether or not to actually post this video for a whole week... talking about ur mental health on the internet feels vulnerable as fuck, but ultimately my goal is to be as authentic and real as possible so even tho it makes me so uncomfortable here it is... i hope it resonates with someone. also - mental health is not as linear or black and white as a simple to do list or journal sesh... this is what i know works for me when i don't feel my best, and truthfully, it's been a week since i've filmed this and i am still in the thick of it. but this is the journey of life and it's okay to not be okay.
