i feel youuuuu. i feel like i'm in the exact same spot right now :/ I have to submit the intro to my dissertation on monday and i've just been procrastinating all week. i'm so behind but i'm not stressed about it which is so stressfulllll. I feel like this summer i really got my life together, deleting tiktok, reducing screen time, actually getting my work done on time, doing regular exercise and now i've just spent all week inside scrolling instagram reels and neglecting my uni work. but we got this! I'm gonna spend the rest of my evening cleaning my room, cleaning myself and then sit down with a cup of tea and do some reading for my dissertation. Thank you for this video it's really motivated me cause i really do love what i'm doing at uni so theres not reason to procrastinate so much :))

I just finished my exam that i have been studying it for 6 days for over 60 lectures ! i did good though but deep down I know I could have done better, but you know what ? there is a slight difference to the better that usually we don't notice, feeling about it and recognize the problem is a part of the solution, last year i couldn't even study at the night of the exam ! and i failed the semester, getting better is a very slow progress, like for example my last exam i studied it almost a week, next time i can start earlier, the same thing for you, maybe not now, but definitely you will achieve it, don't get hard on yourself because this really gonna kill the last bit of your soul. love you and your little cat 🤍

It is barely afternoon but today has been awful, I've been sick for three whole days I have missed so many classes and missed my first test today. This is going to sound silly but I can't remember being not sick? like I can't put the feeling to words but its a real bad feeling and it feels so overwhelming. I am hoping I will feel better after my appointment later tonight. Pray that all goes well.
AH- My last day of school was also my mom's birthday (??) and I also had two finals (???), the first one of which went better than the second, even though it was the one I was most nervous for (????). (We also went to a sushi restaurant for dinner....what are the chances.)
