I used to have the same negative thoughts about my relationship, my career, and my body. The scripture that helps me the most is John 14:1 “don’t let your hearts be troubled, you trust in God, trust also in Me” I have this scripture on my phone so whenever I begin to feel depressed, I meditate on this and I feel so much better. Most of it comes from comparing yourself to other people. Comparison with other people's bodies, comparison with other people's professional careers. But in a world in which social media has taken over, it is understandable that people do it, even though it might be subconsciously. I believe that if you compare yourself to the version of yourself from a year ago or 3 months ago, you will see that you have come a long way. You seem very disciplined.

I've felt like I haven't been doing enough, when my mind is a mess, everything else gets messy too from my wardrobe to my worklife.😢 I left home 8 months ago to be with some friends(brothers) but I travel back home today and that's because even though I was pushing myself and trying to put a meaning to my life, I wasn't really comfortable and that's due to some of the things that was going on with me and my bros(personal stuff) so I decided to go back home and made it home after a 6hrs long stressful journey. I got home and everywhere was messy and I cleaned up where I could and now I'm in bed waiting to begin another phase. So what am I trying to say, I just felt like I've been beating myself up way too much and I haven't gotten a chance to be grateful for the things I've been blessed with. So I want to see that life is really good when you start loving yourself more and appreciating the things you have chasing better things. Wish everyone a happy life ahead. I'm not so good at expressing myself but yeah, this is the best I can give. Leave advice for me🤗

We should remember that our bodies submit to our commands, not the other way around, and we submit to God's word in order to carry out His perfect will... If you're going through hardship, pray about it because you might have an unforgiving heart or God knows what you haven't dealt with... give yourself grace the way you would others, seek God's word and follow His way (Jesus walked this life to show us the way) and take care of yourself ❤ one day at a time ❤
