How do a new providers can contracted with 1199 or the two fund ? Also ACS refers parents too is that ccap? As a provider how does a person sign up to get parents referred to you?
Unless you have some credits or a degree in education, in most states probably not. But you could be the owner and hire a qualified director. Check your local regulations.
