2 mashed bananas 1 cup soy milk 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups flour 1/2 cup protein powder 1/2 cup sugar (I use brown and white mixed) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Pinch salt 1/1 cup add ins (rasins, nuts, chocolate chips, whatever you want) Top with sprinkled brown sugar Mix wet ingredient in bowl, then add dry ingredients on top and mix. Bake for 50-60 mins in loaf pan at 350°F. Note: I haven't made it without protein powder but I think you could omit that and just use less soy milk.
