Nothing wrong with giving kids cookies. When I send boxes to the Philippines, I would send boxes of Fruit Loops cereal. The kids love snacking on them. As you said, it’s a rare treat for the kids. Great job from both of you. Always stay safe and healthy.

when i see the plain of jars i see a massive distillery for making wood grain alcohol where the wood can be carried from a long distance and traded for the finished product. also a full size ladder rack on your truck can solve alot of problems

I still continue to watch your videos. Nee Nee has a big heart, Todd, you do too. You will be greatly blessed. It just breaks my heart to see so much poverty. I just watched one of your videos earlier where you came across some nice houses along the Me Kong River where you talked to a grandmother raising her grandchildren. Just made me cry. I raised my granddaughter, but my son her dad helped me. I am learning so much about the people, culture, and areas where the Vietnam war took place, my generation in high school, 1965, many of my senior classmates, men enlisted during that time. Some came some didn't. Nothing was discussed or said anything about what was going on over. My husband was over there,he refused to talk about it. All he said it was horrible. He cried about the women children. At last I'm learning about that area and their culture. Thank you very much. All I watch now is your RU-vid. How did you meet NeeNee?DM

It used to be same rules here in my grandmothers time bad luck to give things for the baby before its born! I think its got to do with infant mortality rate!

last year in NSW we had almost 3m of rain, usually its around 1.2-1.4m of rain, the asphalt roads fell apart , many road accidents, caused the govt billions to fix, the New England highway is still a joke,

Love your theory of the jars. I'll buy it. I'd have those fries eaten before I got home.Up north we talked to an aid worker who said 100% of the village children had worms. Would it be a good idea to buy deworm medicine and give it out??? Cookies are OK.

Hmm worth looking into about the worm treatment. Will have to make sure there's very little side effects for some that may have allergies. But a great idea 👌

In some ethnic groups, you should never say how beautiful a new born is, as this could attract evil spirits. In Lao society it's also polite to mention how much the baby looks like its father.

Wish i could help out with a donation. I subscribe to You tube, like as i think it helps. I live in Melbourne; work has been like a rollercoaster since covid. I was planning a trip but also not now.
