When negative emotions starts hitting your soul, that's a good clue to understand that you have to do things differently, because this stuff is eating you alive. I don't know if you are doing it for some sort of meme, but going away like this lives you with a bit of bitter in your soul. At least for what happened to me. I'm doing this stuff too, since almost one year now. Always alone, always trying to fight for myself and for my happiness. It has not been going well for me too. So my solution is to start with a coach. Like PUA coach or dating coach... Don't continue like this man... Love yourself. If you see stuff it's not working, try to change what you are doing... And take a rest when harsh emotions start to come up (It's a comment that I leave here for everyone too, in case someone might feel like needing an advice... This stuff is harsh sometimes)
