When it’s something unique, off meta decks doing something fun I usually sit it out and let them hit me for 100. But if it’s something like mono red or Boros I instantly scoop when I see no way of coming back.
@@IncredulousPasserby yea i figure they didn't really see enough to be sure there was a win or at least thought the helixes/devils might not get there before legend milled out. I would probably also be skeptical that I was dead if i just saw a pile of draw, discard and board wipes lol

Sweet. I love widespread thieving. I played the deck you build around it back when SNC was released. Glad to see it getting a little more love before it belated rotates out.
Thieving was always fun, but rarely made a deck. This is a perfect marriage of cards, this brew. Holy crap, so many treasures, it's insane. Such a fun deck to play. It's easy to overdraw yourself, you have to keep an eye. Maybe a bit more burn would be nice. Good deck in Bo1 to punish all these creature decks and aggro. So satisfying
Love this I have most of this deck already since I have been brewing nothing but Arcane Bombardment decks, my Boros Bombardment runs a 1 of Hit the Motherlode for funs lol and I have a Poison/Proliferate Bombardment and recently a Slime Bombardment deck with slime against humanity.
Enjoyed the video. Great deck and gameplay Luca. Played this deck many times yesterday and found that my play style, I may need to add in some counterspells and make the deck a bit thicker, trying to keep to 2.5 land ratio, as I decked myself too, doh! in any case, very fun :)
@@LegenVD Hi again Luca, I have worked through many different renditions of this deck, some work some don't, I found that the most fun I have with it was by incorporating 4 Surge of Salvations into it, no lands change, so yeah a 64 card deck. The 1 white mana cost, and timed right, makes for a lot of fun giving yourself and permanents hexproof, really cause some scoops by opponents, especially after having motherload treasures there. Also has won games by actually being one of the Bombardment instants cast on the stack. I will keep having fun with this one, thanks again, just wanted to pass that one along. Not a card they ever expect :) Really puts a hurt on "get lost"
Disco Bomb! I've been having fun with the Boros version of this concept, mainly becauae Quintorius + Arcane Bombardment are really fun together. I don't know if Hit the Mother Lode is the best choice even here, but it is cool to see it go off. (Explosive Singularity might do well? Great to cheat out with Arcane Bombardment or Widespread Thievery or drop to Ill-Timed Explosion.)
Out of curiosity, how necessary do you think the blue dip is for this deck? Three colors can occasionally put you in a bad spot if the lands don’t line up right
The multicolored cards are needed if you want to play Widespread Thieving and I've been a fan of Explosion in this archetype since it's never a dead card if you cast it for free.
I can't understand what that 1000 gold icon is, the one between the mastery icon and the weekly exp icon.. Good video! AB is always fun to play, but have no chance vs a control deck, anc the manipuled rng in arena give you a lot ov vs control matchups sadly
We need multicolored spells for Thieving, so it's a natural inclusion. We also need white for Mending and the extra colors open up more options after sideboard if it's played in traditional Standard.
At the bottom of the ladder this deck is awful because no enchantment will stick. Between Leyline Binding and Tranquill Frillback I could never get this thing going.
Is there an X spell you can pump all this mana into!? I'm not familiar with standard, but since it looks like it's really opening up, I may start paying attention to it again. I've always disliked how restrictive it is.
There are, although X-spells are a bit of a nonbo with Arcane Bombardment, since X would be 0 if we exile it. So at that point we can just play burn spells like Explosive SIngularity, which I mentioned in the intro.

I built a deck similar to this months ago and the first thing I noticed is that you run a heavy risk of milling yourself. Of course this deck was much stronger back when fable was still in standard, but I found that switching over to historic and adding fable and oracle of the alpha made this style of deck very spicy where infinite extra turns was not unreasonable.
@@LegenVD yeah, no doubt I was looking into options such as with Ginger Brute where you could sacrifice a bunch of treasures you make off of it, but seems hardly viable when they’re better ways to make big creatures
If you want consistent value from the motherlode, then the artifact etb value could be more viable, especially in a low curve deck (psst, enigma jewel, dragonspark reactor)
A paper version of this deck would benifit from a single copy of kozilek butcher of truth. You can hit it with motherlode or widespread thieving or discard it to ill timed explosion to wipe and also use it to prevent decking. Also a good finisher
Awesome!! I think any of the big X-cost spells would fit in really well as a finisher, given the amount of treasures you generate! (outrageous robbery, worldsoul's rage, etc)
