In this video, I'll be sharing my process of building a B2B SaaS in public. This video will showcase all the SaaS marketing strategies I've marketed on this channel, so I'm putting my money where my mouth is. If you're remotely interested in B2B SaaS or No-Code SaaS, this video will be both entertaining and informative for you. Viewers of this video will be left with actionable advice on scaling a B2B SaaS that they can replicate and implement today. This video is the most realistic documentation of someone building a software company in public. Since I have already built and sold other SaaS companies, I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it again to prove it's not luck.

"Dont waste your money on GHL, use my tool instead" COMEDY! Very biased video. GHL has a nice model but you don't need to use ALL of their features to find value in it. Offering a done for you service that is customized for the user can be a 5 figure project, not including the monthly/annual subscription needed to maintain access. Especially if you are creating a customized white label offering your customer can resell to their clients. We do value based pricing. This means what would it cost you to hire a web designer, digital marketer, content creator, business automation specialist, etc., at separate rates. The difference between a $500 customer and a $5000 customer is based on your own pricing and offer. Creating a site in GHL doesn't change that. Even if you only offered community and templates, you could resell GHL using their exact pricing model and generate 6 figures a year. You could also resell your GHL SaaS to a buyer. They want your customer base and residual income, not necessarily your workflow.
