Just wanted to say I've watched this video a couple of times already and it is single-handedly the BEST video I've watched on explaining my RJ. It all really makes sense now. My views and where my OCD came from. Thank you so much for sharing this, Eva.

I don’t KNOW that I want to be with my partner when not triggered. I’m never 💯. Sometimes I feel a deep love and affection for her and most of the rest of the time, I’m in serious doubt. When not triggered, the honest answer is “maybe.” But it eats away at me nearly 24/7- it’s horrendous.

Or perhaps I’m just always triggered.

My partner desperately needs to hear this video. More than that. Needs a session with you or your practice. Is that possible?

Hello, i dont know it you can suffer from jealousy and retroactive jealousy at the same time.... It started for me with jealousy of my partner which pushed me into finding out things and getting to know about her past, then RJ kicks in too. Does it mean i have both conditions (jealousy and retroactive jealousy)and are they handled separately? Will dealing with one take care of the other?🙏🙏

It is not uncommon for someone to struggle with both…most of the time by dealing with the one the other also goes away.

Do you have any tips on navigating your past or past traumas in a way that isn’t trying to create a false narrative about my life or being victim to everything. I have a general sense of what I’ve been though, but I’m afraid if I journal it out trying to figure out what my unconscious beliefs are I’ll distort it so that I’m victim, or that my narrative sounds compelling and believable.

Hi Eva, what would have been the positive new belief for the last thing u said regarding ‘people who this n this are beneath me’? Considering this is more of an external belief rather than an internal one (i.e. not an ‘I am…’ sort of belief)

I think i have relationship ocd. When i have these intrusive thoughts except from thinking if i love my partner, if i am good for him, if he is the one or that the relationship isn't gonna last or the urge to leave the relationship i also obsessively think about him cheating, him wanting other people, him lying to me. Are those kind of thoughts included in rocd or it's just my tendencies for pathological jealousy? Or do i just have relationship anxiety? But it feels super tiring and intense to just be anxiety. I feel like it's something more severe.😢
