Hey, so I’m new but why not a picc line with iv antibiotics at home? Note that I have not watched the whole video just the beginning saying if oral antibiotics dont work that you would have to go in for iv antibiotics every day. That’s what they do for me and I’m in Washington too down in Grays Harbor not far from you.
