Have you only just set it up? It may take time (sometimes weeks) for Google to recrawl your site and pick up those changes.

Maybe I missed it but, how do you customize the site description? It doesn't seem to be in general settings, I've already customized the homepage one.

I do believe that previously it was listed there in older versions, but it use to affect the home page I'm pretty sure. If you'vedone the home page then that would be the same thing I believe.

do you think schema is neccessary to rank for multiple local business searches, im tryna rank each listing (page) for local businesses, i heard schema markup is good for local seo

I don't think necessary. It's a factor to consider. But a popular, well crafted piece of content with basic meta tags and headings is where i focus on most for on page SEO.

Hi Robert, do y9u mean to convert a portfolio post type into a product for something like WooCommerce? I've never done this, but there's a plugin called "post type switcher": wordpress.org/plugins/post-type-switcher/ It may help? Other than that, I don't think there's a simple way to do that other than manually copying and pasting info across to a new product. I hope that helps!
