Hi Dan, Thanks so much for your video. Just a quick comment, most/all videos in this domain begin with using jargon like "go create a resource", but because they are created by experts, the experts tend to forget that their language can be somewhat foreign to a novice who doesn't understand what a "resource" means in Azure OpenAI in this case. I'm hoping to pass along this minor constructive input in the hopes that it will help make even better your really good videos. I do appreciate them and you seem like you would consider this type of input for continued improvement.

Azure OpenAI is only available to enterprise customers per their application form. Kind of useless at the moment.

Thanks for making the video. GPT-3.5 is a chat model not a completion model, that may be why you got that error the first time

I do not see any Pricing Tier. I live in Sweden, I selected Region East US. I have also filled in the application form, so I guess I need to wait until MS has approved my Form before I can create an Azue OpenAI. Anything you came across?

Hello. I want to use Chatgbt4 Turbo vision for my application however I am not sure about the charges I am paying the way of calculation is very confusing to me. Does anyone know for sure what is paid on Azure open ai for using the Chatgbt 4 Turbo vision model, is it just spent tokens or something extra? Thank you
