Do i have to move the design around to make sure its centered. It seems that the needle is never centered and i would have to move the design

ha, I have never experienced this, my designs are always centered. However, some times i make little adjustments accordingly. Have you tried to ask a BAI representative about this issue?

What is the difference between vision and mirror

@@jenita197 The Mirror is lighter,200kgs, and the price is less. The embroidery area is 350*500mm, More commercial. Vision is thicker and more stable, with better precision. The area of embroidery is larger. 400*500mm, It weighs 330kgs,More industrialized.

One more question for you. My machine is coming Monday 🤞🏻 I am getting my area ready. I have the measurement of the machine but part moves. Will a 4 foot area be enough space for the machine while the arm moves on each side?

Can you increase or decrease the size of the design?

Yes, there is a feature that allows you to change the size of the design. However, I wouldn't recommend any one to use it. Use an embroidery software, or use an appropriate embroidery hoop to fit the size of your design so you can get a perfect stitch😊.

the machine has an ethernet port. how do you transfer via ethernet instead of USB? also what software is everyone usine?

Hello, I have only been able to transfer using USB, but i guess if you have to use the ethernet port, you may have to connect directly to your computer. I use Embrilliance Embroidery Software.

Hello, I'm sorry you are having trouble opening your designs. Unfortunately I'm not sure why this is happening to you. Do you have a sales representative? If yes, please contact a sales representative and she/he will put you in touch with a technician to fix that issue. Also, make sure the files you are downloading to your machine are in a file format supported by BAI machines. If you need more help resolving this issue, please let me know, my sales representative can help you out 🥰 Wishing u the best🙏🏼

I am sorry I'm just seeing your comment. I hope you were able to fix the issue. However if not, please follow these steps. 1.Your screen shows "No needle". That means the needle position is displaying '0". (check machine screen) 2. Click esc 3.Turn the color change motor button until the screen shows any numbers except 0
