auntie you dont have to cut carbs! its all about putting your body in a calorie deficit! the key is switching up your diet and putting your body in a calorie deficit so that essentially over time you end up burning more calories than your eating. everyone's different so i suggest going to a tdee calculator and putting in your weight, goal weight & energy levels and it will tell you how many calories to eat to be putting yourself in a deficit. i do not suggest eating any lower that 1300 calories no matter what it says. ( thats ab how much a toddler should be eating daily) ive been in a calories deficit on and off for ab a year and ive lost about 25 pounds but i can say it's alot of trial and error. The app i use to track my calories is my net diary and i promise it gets easier over time💝 also for a healthy alternative bbq sauce i suggest the G hughes sugar free bbq sauce💝 carbs fuel our body and help pur brain function. food is fuel.
