Cool, I've owned a 1985 Hylux with a 3Yfor nearly 30 years. Blown the head gasket 3 times. Fault always (no head or block warp) on the back cylinder. Found despite using pre-stressed bolts ya still need to do a 500k 5lb pull down (just like the old man said). I found the rear head bolts nearly 10lb difference to the others, that was 10 years ago. Running sweet ever since. Interestingly there is only about 5lb drop in compression between cylinders.
Sir how to many foot-pounds for thithening the 3Y head gasket and type head gasket you use? Is that carbon type or steel type of cylinder head gasket? Thank you sir..
